Nebraska Mandatory Continuing Education Requirements
For Persons Already Holding a Salesperson or Brokers License
The Nebraska Real Estate Commission requires all licensee's complete 12 hours of approved continuing education every 2 years. Please remember, 3 of the 12 hours must be a "required" or "R" contented course. The letter "R" will follow the course number. For example, course name: Fair Housing #0282R. After you've completed each course you will be issued a course completion certificate.
